Today it was hot hot hot here in Nashville- about 92 degrees. My hair looked awesome (maybe for the first time since I started teaching).
It was even curly at 3:05pm (who knew?!)
Random third grade girl in the hallway looks at me at dismissal and goes,
"Wow, Ms. W your hair looks good today. I'll never have hair like that.. because I'm black."
