My students were not alive on Sept. 11, 2001. They have no idea what happened that day.
Spencer just asked me, "Do you remember where you were 9 years ago?"
And I responded, "Who doesn't?"
I am continually amazed by the love in this nation and the strength of its people. I am proud to be an American.
